Can I get the software without the tablets ?
Yes, you can buy the license only and use it on your own tablets. The app is only compatible with Android devices. We highly recommend that you use 10-inch tablets with a good battery life.
How to display allergens ?
The list of allergens is already integrated. You can select the allergens associated to each dish with one single click. This way, your customers will be better informed when they read your menu.
Can we place an order with a tablet ?
Yes, it is possible to activate the order taking from the tablet. In this case, customers place their dishes in the shopping cart. Then, the order is sent to several printers (checkout/kitchen). There’s no direct link with the cash register software.
Is there an offline mode ?
The application has an offline mode to use the tablet without the internet. Menu datas are stored locally on each tablet.
Can I lock the tablet ?
MenuTouch tablets are intended for a locked and controlled usage. With our tablets, your customers won’t be able to go on the internet, change the settings or even turn off the tablet without the password. In addition, if lost, our tablets can be geolocated. Other tablets on the market can’t guarantee those features.
How do we protect ourselves from theft ?
Locked MenuTouch tablets are very dissuasive because a customer who’d wants to leave with the tablet would be limited to the sole use of presenting the menu. In addition, all our tablets can be geolocated and we are able to communicate remotely with the tablet holder.
Can I get the menu on my website ?
Yes, your menu can be easily integrated into your website in several languages (iframe). Your customers can also access your menu from their smartphones through a QR-Code.
Is it possible to display the menu on other screens ?
For an outdoor display, you can access freely from a connected screen whether it is tactile or not.
Can I mention my sponsors ?
Yes, the application allows you to display advertisements for your Sponsors (text, picture or video). You can also add dynamic content (for example: your Sponsor's website) You have complete autonomy to manage any financial agreements with your Sponsors.
Is it possible to customize the interface ?
Yes, the graphics charter is fully customisable: logo, home page, background, color and font. We take care of the implementation of your graphic charter.
Can I add pictures of my dishes ?
You can take and send photos of your dishes via your smartphone (Backoffice access). If you don't have any, you can use our photo library.
Can I schedule different prices ?
Yes. It is possible to display different prices according to a specific time or day (lunch and evening, weekdays and weekends).
